The rental rates include all utilities, all  management fees along with the cleaning after check out. We have set our rates at a competitive level as compared to travel agents and rental companies who normally offer this type of accommodation.  As owners we are able to offer a more competitive rate as we are renting our unit direct to the vacation seeker.

The rental of our condominium is available on a weekly and daily basis and the rate is for the unit and not per person.

Rentals that include Christmas, New Year, Easter or Thanksgiving  $80 Daily/$560 Weekly
Snowbird rate  $1200/Month
(If less than 5 nights a cleaning fee of $65 is payable)
